The Department of Mental Health is consistently embarking on innovative initiatives to meet the goal of providing the right type of care to the right people at the right time. These initiatives range from changing the way we structure payment, to integrating practices with healthcare and education, to promoting or expanding an evidenced based practice that has proven to be effective for the people we serve.
