This year's event brought together hundreds of participants from across Vermont and beyond to explore innovative strategies, share lived experiences, and strengthen our collective efforts to support mental health and well-being in our communities.

The Conference focused on the following:

  • Adapting to Change: Exploring how mental health professionals and individuals can respond to the challenges posed by constant changes in our society, technology, and healthcare systems.
  • Resilience in the Face of Change: Discussing how individuals can develop resilience to cope with personal or societal upheavals, and how mental health care can support this process.
  • The Role of Innovation: Focusing on the impact of new technologies, alternative practices, telehealth, and AI, in mental health care delivery.
  • Youth Mental Health: Examining how the mental health of youth has changed and what positive approaches are we seeing nationwide.

Conference Sessions was categorized into three tracks:
