RFGA OBJECTIVE: The purpose of the RFGA is to solicit proposals from qualified applicants for one-time, innovative, approaches to support children with SED, adults with SMI, and their families or natural supports through programs or services. Proposals shall detail the approaches for supporting SMI and SED populations in new, comprehensive ways that improve mental health care in Vermont.
Applicability to the State’s Objectives and Need Areas: Proposals should establish a clear link between the services and/or programming proposed and meeting one or more of the specific objectives or need areas. listed below:
• Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) Training and Program Support
• Counseling Services for youth, transition-aged youth, or young adults
• Training and Program Support for Home-based CRT Providers
