RFGA 113: Act 264 Parent Representation

SCOPE AND BACKGROUND: Through this Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) the Department of Mental Health (DMH), hereinafter referred to as the “State,” is seeking applications to establish subrecipient agreements with one or more non-profit entities to provide supports to parents of children and youth who are eligible for a Coordinated Services Plan based on Act 264 criteria and who have a Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) pursuant to the goals and allowable uses of Vermont’s Mental Health Block Grant (MHBG) allocation.
