In March of 2024, DMH and VDH received a one-year no-cost extension to the CCBH Planning Grant until March of 2025. Throughout the extension period, DMH and VDH intend to prioritize strengthening the certification process, conducting research on rate-setting methodologies, analyzing the financial implications for the state, and planning for the certification of additional sites across Vermont. 

DMH is seeking public comment on a requested COA for WCMH Treatment Associates. Treatment Associates is a substance use treatment services organization owned and operated by James Scott Stone, MD and supported by twenty-one clinical, medical, and administrative staff that serve approximately five hundred unique clients per year. The primary value of this acquisition is TA’s experienced staff, intellectual property such as clinical, operational, and medical expertise, their trusted business name, and their client base.
