About the Transformation Council
The purpose of the Transformation Council is to provide a forum for the exchange of views and ideas among the multiple stakeholders of the Vermont mental health community and to offer advice to the Commissioner. In particular it is designed to inform the Futures Planning process, to explore the issues that impact the transformation of the delivery system, and to arrive, whenever possible at a common understanding of planning and policy initiatives as these impact mental health services and support recovery.
